Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You can browse doctors, places, offers, bus times and community posts as a guest. An account is only needed to book an appointment, post or comment, set a bus reminder, or use gifts and points.

How do I book a doctor's appointment?

Open Doctors, choose a specialty and a clinic, tap "Reserve now" and pick a time. You get a notification when the booking is confirmed or changes, and you can follow your bookings from your profile.

How do gifts and points work?

After a visit to a participating clinic or place you earn points, and you may receive a gift in "My Gifts". To use a gift, show its QR code at the counter; the shop scans it and confirms the bill.

I forgot my password

On the login screen tap "Forgot password", enter your phone number, and we will send you a code to set a new password.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app:

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account in the Account section.
  3. Type the confirmation word and tap Delete my account.

Your name, phone number, email, photo, posts and comments are deleted, your open bookings and unused gifts are cancelled, and the account can no longer be signed in to. If you cannot sign in to the app, send us a deletion request with the Contact us form above, using the phone number or email on the account, and we will delete it for you.

Privacy

We use the information you provide (name, phone number, email, photo, and the bookings and posts you create) only to run the app's services: managing your account, sending verification codes and notifications, and handling bookings and gifts. We do not sell your data. The camera is used to scan QR codes and to take photos you choose to upload; the photo library is used only when you choose a picture to upload.
